The course fee is 4200 DKK and includes:

• Accommodation for 7 nights at Castberggård, with each room featuring 2 single beds and a private bathroom. Participants share rooms; an option for a private room is available for an additional charge of 500 DKK.

• Transportation from Hedensted station to Castberggård upon arrival, and return transport to Hedensted station at the end of the course. For those using public transportation, please ensure you arrive at Hedensted train station on Friday, November 15th between 4:30 - 5:00 PM for group pickup. Departure from Castberggård to Hedensted station will be on Friday, November 24th at 12:15 PM.

• Lessons and workshops conducted by Frontrunners teachers and guest teachers

• Evening activities and unlimited access to the fitness room.

• Meals and snacks throughout the stay.

• Trips to cities and nature.
